Intermittent Discharge Rotary Dryer Type B

The thermal conduction type B intermittent discharge rotary drum dryer is a fast dehydration and drying device developed by our company special for solid stuffs such as powder, granular, and slurry. It consists of six parts: feeding system, transmission system, drum unit, heating system, dehumidification system, and control system. The feeding system starts and the transmission motor rotates forward to convey stuffs into the drum.

After that, the feeding system stops and the transmission motor continues to rotate forward, tumbling stuffs. At the same time, the heating system at the bottom of the drum starts and heats the drum wall, transferring heat to those stuffs inside. Once the humidity reaches emission standard, the dehumidification system starts to remove moisture. After drying, the heating system stops working, the transmission motor reverses to discharge the materials, completing this drying operation.
