Hydraulic Cylinder-Mill Duty Flanged Construction

In this type of construction, end cap and gland are bolted to cylinder tube flanges. Mounting components are bolted to end cap/ gland or welded to tube/ end cap. Available up to 500 mm bore in corresponding rod sizes as per ISO 6020-1 and various stroke combinations.

Working pressure: 160 Bar

Available mounting styles are as follows:

1.       MF3 – Head mounting circular

2.       MF4 – Cap mounting circular

3.       MP3 – Cap mounting fixed eye

4.       MP5 – Cap mounting fixed eye with spherical bearing

5.       MS2 – Mounting with side lugs

6.       MT4 – Mounting with intermediate fixed trunnion

7.       MP4 – Cap mounting detachable eye

8.       MP6 – Cap mounting detachable eye with spherical bearing
